Prof. Asghar Qasim

With over 25 years of experience in the Irish healthcare system, Professor Qasim, is a leading expert in colorectal cancer screening, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and H. pylori management. He is the current Lead in Endoscopy at UPMC Kildare Hospital and has contributed extensively to medical literature, with over 40 peer-reviewed publications and a textbook to his credit.

Professor Qasim remains at the forefront of medical education through mentoring the next generation of UCD medical students.
