Professional Profile

Ben has a MSc in Strength and Conditioning from St. Mary's University, Twickenham and is a fully accredited strength and conditioning coach with the UKSCA. He has worked extensively with GAA teams and before joining UPMC, worked in international rugby union. Ben currently looks after performance testing in our UPMC facility in Mayo and has a particular skillset in late stage return to play, with a special interest in injuries such as hamstring and hip/groin issues.
